Our Story
PROUDAFRIQUE was founded in 2010 with the mission to import a quality health drink concentrate using only the freshest ingredients such Soy Protein, Barley Malt, Black Sesame Seeds, Purple Brown Rice and Malt Extract to Southern Africa. The first product is the unique tasty Vitamilk which has been on the market for the past 50 years and has caught on very quickly. Following the success of Vitamilk, additional flavours like Chocolate and an Energy Vitamilk were soon introduced.
Research and Development has played a particularly vital role in the growth of PROUDAFRIQUE over the past 5 years, since it's founding. Such new developments have included broadening the product line to include different flavours and other quality products for the food and beverage industry.
Vitamilk is the only soya drink product on the market packaged in glass. Vitamilk is high quality factor that being what we believe as the key factor to building a consumer base that is lifetime loyal the Vitamilk brand. The Vitamilk product line has been continually improved and expanded to meet the evolving needs of wide range of consumers, including children, vegetarians and other health conscious individuals.
Our expansion and demand for Vita Milk is growing day by day and will soon be seen in South Africa’s leading retailers, restaurants and health bars.
As far as the products marketing goes we have set out to promote it only in the best possible ways such as bill boards on busy roads, sponsoring schools and sports officials, hosting an annual Vitamilk client Cocktail party where feedback can be given and new marketing strategies can come into place.
